* Barbecues (you can bring your own, there are none at the houses) are PROHIBITED during the high fire risk period, normally from May 15 to October 15, due to being in a protected forest area. However, these prohibition dates may vary or be extended at the request of the authorities.

A different visit

*This RURAL ACCOMMODATION IN LA VERA has:

*Parking is free, maximum 2 spaces per house
*Check-in is from 4:00 PM
*Check-out on the last day will be before 11:00 AM
*If there is availability and a late check-out is requested, there will be a fee of €100
*We are not responsible for lost items
*We have a phone number at your disposal; if you need it, just ask.
*We have complaint forms available for guests.
*If you have any questions or needs, please let us know. We will try to help you.
*We require a €100 cash deposit upon check-in, which will be returned upon check-out once we have checked that there is no damage to the house.
*PETS: We love animals, but for proper living conditions, please keep in mind several rules:
-Pet fee is €10 per night.
-They must ALWAYS be kept on a leash in common areas.
-You can play with your pet in the garden, but it's important to keep it clean and tidy. Bring poop bags and consider leaving the property for them to do so.
-Please note that they are in an unfamiliar environment, so they CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE HOUSE, as they may bark or break things. If you're going anywhere and your pet can't accompany you, you can leave them in our DEN without any problem.
-To avoid allergy problems, if you come with a pet, we will remove the rugs from the house. Remember that they CANNOT USE THE SOFA OR BED.
*BBQ. According to DOE decree number 100 of May 27, 2021, fires, barbecues, etc., are strictly prohibited. Due to the protected forest area, from May 15th to October 15th.
*Reservations for the house rental can be made through our website, email, or phone, paying a 25% deposit. The remaining payment will be made on the day of arrival, upon key collection, in cash, credit card, or by bank transfer BEFORE ARRIVAL.
*High season is considered to be: Emperor's Route, Easter, Cherry Blossom, July and August, long weekends, and Christmas.
*CANCELLATION: If cancellation is made without just cause, the guest must compensate the owner for termination of the contract. The cancellation conditions are detailed below:
The guest has the right to cancel their reservation at any time. Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date. If cancelled between 7 and 29 days before, 50% of the reservation will be forfeited. If cancelled after that date, the entire reservation will be forfeited by the guest and in favor of the property.
